Jarrod Ochoa my personal Physical Therapist was amazing. I felt like I was his mom, and he was my son. He took time to explain in detail all the exercises, and what part of my body they were helping. “I have read the previous review and have to say the following- I went to Dr. Saadi for a nerve issue in both of my arms but predominantly my right due to it being my dominant hand. Dr. Saadi was intelligent and knew right away what was causing the numbness. He explained my options, and suggested a nerve conduction study. I appreciate that he explained my options and clarified it was a non-surgical issue at the current time but was sympathetic and compassionate. Having general knowledge of the medical field and understanding of the current issues relating to health care/insurance coverage in today’s time, I knew my benefits and co-pay in advance and had no issue or surprises with my insurance. I believe that the previous review is a bit misplaced and should be directed towards their insurance carrier and not Dr. Saadi or his staff. Healthcare is definitely in need of reform but I would encourage you to take your issues to the polls instead of Google.”

“Their shuttle buses are plentiful, hence, very little waiting time for the bus (TO/FROM). The drivers are always courteous and helpful. The parking area is clean, plenty of space between cars. Lots are well lit and safe. Rates are very reasonable.”

“Going to see a cardiologist when you know you’re having an issue is not un-stressful. However, from the moment that I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment that I stepped out the door I had a fantastic experience. The staff was all very cordial. They were running a few minutes late, but were very apologetic. (Seriously though, who goes to a doctors appointment these days and expects to be seen exactly on time? I was seen very close to my appointment time.) I love the text messages and emails to remind me of my appointment… Because, sometimes life gets in the way and it’s nice to have a gentle reminder. The doctor spoke very clearly and use terms that I could completely understand, he made me laugh, and I felt completely at ease. I’m happy that he’s going to be doing my procedure really soon!”

Showed our confirmation and the way the bartender Franky4 went into full blown action to provide excellent service to resolve and make it right is the reason why they will have customers now for life. This was our 1st time at this location & I highly recommend. The food was excellent from the Bang Bang Shrimp, Gumbo, Chowder, Fried Jalepeno's, House Salad & Veggies but the customer service out weighed it all. You can't pay for good service and Franky4 did an amazing job representing the Green Gator brand.”

“Great place for an extended stay. I came to Richardson for a flexible work assignment and ended up staying at the hotel side of Waterwalk for about a year and a half. Rooms and common areas are comfortable and well maintained. Area has all the shopping and restaurants I need within a few minutes drive. The neighborhood has good sidewalks and trails for walking or running. Best part of Waterwalk though is the staff. They are all friendly, professional, and helpful if you ever need anything.”

“Despite the fact that this is an awful Walmart location, it does not apply to the Clinic here. As an URGENT care clinic, I give it 5 stars. You come here for urgent care needs and you are welcomed with exceptional service. I have been an urgent care patient here for 5 years now and love the convenience. I received my flu shot this year from the nurse Yolanda and didn’t feel a thing! Yolanda, the Nurse Practitioner Lisa, and the rest of staff always maintain a positive attitude despite the disrespectful customers I have personally seen them deal with over the years (folks, please respect our health care workers during these unprecedented times). I have been seen for small things such as a slight cough or sore throat. I do not recommend this as a primary care clinic and do see a primary care physician and specialists for my other medical needs. I highly advise people to keep in mind that this is an urgent care clinic and not all issues may be treated.”
