“What a great experience and wonderful customer service!!! It had been 3+ years since my last visit so when I called they said I'd have to come back as a new patient. I explained my concerns and the receptionist immediately booked my appointment for the next available instead of making me wait.. there was an issue verifying my insurance however she notified me and helped me get it resolved. Everyone in the office are friendly and work well with each other in order to better serve their patience and make everyone feel important and taken care of. In a private independently- owned practice, he is free from the restrictions of health care systems that limit appts to 15 min blocks which are inadequate to careful consideration of patient problems. “Dr Sree and her staff are INCREDIBLE! I bring both of my boys here and they are extremely accommodating with my toddler who is afraid of doctors. My son was born 10 weeks early and they have been very thorough on his wellness visits to ensure there are no concerns. Sara has been our nurse for a few of the visits and she is so loving even when she has to administer the shots. The ladies in the front are also very kind during check in and check outs. Never had a problem with the office. Love the Dr Seuss theme as well!”

“I brought my daughter here as I had to switch her eye doctor due to a change in insurance. I really like how they make you wash your hands upon arrival!! If only all places had a sink up front so everyone can wash their hands right away. The establishment is very clean. The staff was very kind and caring and answered any questions I had. I suffer from very high myopia so I’m glad they addressed my concerns for my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable and excited for her first pair of eye glasses. I’m glad I found Dr Lao and her team.”

I had to get gum grafting done along my bottom teeth, and they were nothing but kind and professional. If I had any questions or concerns they were more than happy to get back to me in a timely manner. “Shoutout to Epiphany Dermatology and Katie Vo for saving my skin!! My face started breaking out this year and I NEVER EVER get acne. I tried all the products I could from CeraVe, to BHA's, the ordinary and Aztec bentonite clay. I cut out dairy from my diet, worked out 5 days a week, tried drinking lots of water, but none of it worked. I decided to book an appointment with Katie, and she prescribed me products for my acne. If I have an issue, he always has a solution. If I’m in a pinch and need to be seen, he always accommodates me.
