Gold's Gym Little Elm

This is a gem to have in little elm. All types of equipment so you don’t have to wait for anything even in peak time. Management and staff are amazing! If you are serious about lifting this is the gym for you! Just be aware there is a lot of kids that weigh 105 pounds that are constantly flexing with their shirt off so you will get a good laugh. 😂

Excellent gym!! When I go to the gym, I often see Maddie and Erick who always greet me with a smile at the front desk! Very friendly staff here.

And great atmosphere, plenty of space, availability of unique machines and equipment. This gym has everything I need so that I can get to the next level! Highly recommend!!

I’m in love with this gym, great equipment, a lot of space doesn’t feel so clutter whenever there’s a lot of people. Great vibe, great music, makes the workout very nice. I love it! Especially the leg room it’s awesome.

The gym itself has great facilities and plenty of space and equipment. It's perfect for both bodybuilders and people just looking to work out. I came in and used a guest pass a few days ago and Erick and Maddie were very helpful. Both were extremely nice and helpful at the front desk. Erick even walked by during my workout to provide motivation and fistbump me.

I am SO happy that this gym has come to the Frisco/Little Elm area! If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing gym with top tier equipment and amazing staff that will greet you by name every morning, this is your gym! They really got it right and the price point is amazing for what you get.
