“*Rat Owners* I called and spoke to a very sweet receptionist who made sure to get all my questions answered (she was also brand new but was great!) while getting my appointment booked. I was very nervous about going to a new vet, and the fact that it’s curbside due to the pandemic we are currently in, and I can say I was not disappointed. A technician came out with paperwork and also took down information about my rat and the incident she had with her sister rat. She took my sweet baby in, and Dr.Champagne called after checking my girls vitals and giving her an exam. Dr.Champagne was very sweet and informative. I was very pleased with this visit! I will be coming in in a few days with my other rat to be checked out. They definitely put my nerves at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Very professional and friendly! Worth the hour drive! From the moment we started talking, she took the time to REALLY LISTEN to what was going on with my body and my concerns. Before we even began, she sat me down and explained what was going on with my body. An even more important factor for me was her ability to explain WHY we were going to be doing the stretches and HOW it was going to help me improve. After every visit I would get an email of EVERYTHING that went on in the session! She would include FULL descriptions and VIDEO LINKS to all the stretches so I could do my rehab “homework.” Ive been truly blessed to find Larissa and am so thankful for her natural ability to help and care for her patients. The Victory staff has been nothing short of amazing and the front desk staff is wonderful! Highly recommend if you’re looking for REAL RESULTS!”
