Any time we had any concerns, the customer service was impeccable. The location is great as well surrounded by other hotels and many restaurants! “I HAVE BEEN HERE A LITTLE OVER 3 MONTHS. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IN AN RV PARK. I LOVE IT HERE. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE AWESOME. ITS QUIET AND NOT MUCH TRAFFIC. ITS WELL KEPT BY THE OWNERS. PEGGY THE OWNER IS GREAT AND ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. WIFI IS AWESOME. ONLY DOWNFALL IS NO LAUNDRY MAT BUT SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.... FINGERS CROSSED.... I WILL BE HERE FOR A WHILE AS I LOVE IT!!!!! IF YOU LIKE THE COUNTRY SCEEN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Beautiful! Extremely, extremely well and fair priced. It is a very clean campground. They have showers and restrooms on site that you must have the door lock key pad code which changes( for added security, as the park is located within steps of the soccer and baseball fields and golf. The campground also has 4 washers and 4 dryers at $1.50 a wash and $1.25 a dry inside of a "laundry cabin" were they have a folding table, hanging rack, ironing board, magazines and books. It is super clean. The camp ground is surrounded by State Lewisville Lake (no fishing license required). Their are picnic tables and grills, peirs and restrooms on the lake. In the distance you can see the skyline of Frisco and another small town....just beautiful. The fishing barge is about 1 mile or less from the campground as well as the party barge The gate is locked from 11pm to 6am. You can park your vehical at the ball fields and walk through a light wooded area with a visible walking path if you need out before 6 am or come in after 11. Discounts for veterans and senior citizens. My uncle who is both stayed 20 nights at a rate of $7.00 a night. He had water and electricity and there are 2 'dumping" stations. The park is also conveniently located close to the town of Flower Mound. Can't wait to stay there again.”

“I stayed in a very nice room. Very clean, and quiet. This is the best hotel min this area. I stayed a few nights and the housekeepers cleaned daily and made sure my linens and towels were fresh. The staff at in the front was also very exceptional with helping me get booked in. Very friendly and they were doing a great job at keeping the place clean and quiet. Definately recommend!!”

“Chris was very nice and helpful from the moment we got there. He assisted us with setting up since we were new to the RV world. They have a playground and huge area with grass to play ball. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were very nice as well. Jeff informed us about all the amenities that would be added and the new things that were coming. We had a situation come up and Jeff worked with us to find a solution. They are very nice people, would definitely recommend.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay in Sanger. Out in the country near the lake where at night you can look up and see all the stars and planets as if they were sparkling diamonds on black velvet. But close enough to town for food and supplies. It's a very quiet and peaceful park with very large spaces and plenty of room between your neighbors. The spaces are long and wide enough that you could park 4 vehicles and your RV if you wanted to. Did I mention free washing and drying? Plus there is a huge open space/park type area with picnic tables near the washer/dryer room. Great place for your pets and yourself to unwind. Kim and her husband take great care of this park!! You could not meet better people. Ask Kim about the high speed internet that's available. Plus they only charge you the actual KWH electricity rate unlike other local places that jack up their rates sky high. I was one of the first to move in after the Sanger KOA shoved a knife in the back of the monthly renters and gave us a week to move out. That's a whole nother story. It was a pleasure staying at Rockin H RV Ranch and someone is going to get lucky getting my old spot. Thanks Kim !! See ya next time I'm in Texas.”

Based on the reviews and price we gave Wagon Master a try. Was that the best decision possible! From the sparkling clean and fully decked out Inn and Bathrooms to the gorgeous alpacas, the refreshing pool and friendly staff, we would 10/10 recommend this to all our friends. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place as soon as we went into the lobby it just smelled so good and just looked so orderly and neat. We stayed in the accessible room which was perfect for our needs. The beds were so comfortable. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family and of course we will be staying here on our visits to Denton. Great job ppl!”

“The lady working here is amazing and very helpful. The campground is a little small but a quiet place to be. They are currently starting on Monday having the roads go from chat to asphalt which will be a nice touch to the park. They have a laundry room as well. You have to download an app to pay to use the washers and dryers. They have short and long term stays. You pay online through the website. Weekly was 225. If you would like to stay monthly they do background checks. The camp has a small dog run area as well.”

“We stayed here for a couple months while we were waiting to get our house built. Very nice facility and dog friendly. A lot of activities to do in a nice pool to hang out at. It’s an upscale park and you definitely pay for what you get, there are less expensive places around but they are not as nice. The traffic around this RV park is horrible with all the housing areas around here if you get out at the wrong time of day be prepared to sit in traffic on the side streets for 20 to30 minutes at times.”

“Reasonably priced Best Western, our room was very nice and though the bathroom was not fully stocked, the desk attendant came immediately to correct the situation. Comfy beds with an extra blanket which I was happy to use. The AC was not noisy, the room appeared to be clean, all the lights worked, no problem with the plumbing, etc. The breakfast area was attractive and attentively managed. The crew was very pleasant and helpful. “Marilyn” was particularly on the ball, but each individual was cheerful and staying busy.”
