“I got a prenatal massage. This was my first time ever getting a massage so i was nervous but as soon as I walked in the entire environment was so nice. The place itself is beautiful, clean and very well kept. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Any questions i had were answered. I was put at ease from the beginning. The massage itself, of course, was amazing. And Mrs. Clark was so friendly and very professional. Again, I'm super shy and self conscious so it took me a long time to get the courage to even schedule a massage for myself. I chose here because it had 5 stars and it is very well deserved. I appreciate that prices were listed on her website and it was easy to schedule without having to call anyone. I'm so glad i came here. “This shop really delivers when it comes to paint and body work. I took my vehicle for custom paint and body work and the whole time maintained good communication in order to meet all of my expectations. The shop counts with professional equipment and is well kept, they maintain good quality control and the wait time for my vehicle to be finished wasn't as long as I had predicted. It was all worth the wait. My paint job was very clean, they removed several parts in order to paint the inside lines without any seals or plastic damage. They also performed some electrical work to hook up all of my after market headlights, taillights and more. People ask if I wrapped my vehicle, they don't think that it's actually a paint job since it looks very clean. Their friendly staff makes sure that all of your questions are answered and they track the process to give you updates for your vehicle. I don't really recommend to many places if they really don't do it for me, In my opinion this place is top rated and won't hurt your pocket as bad either. But also keep in mind that custom work can't be super cheap in price either.”

I had another embroidery shop completely drop my small order of three pairs of shorts that I wanted UTEP logos put on to send to some family members for Christmas because they were "too busy" after assuring me that my week in advance pre paid order would be ready by the 18th, GUARANTEED!. Well that was a complete lie. After I explained to your employee what happened and she saw that I was upset because the gifts were probably not gonna make it before Christmas day she took my order and let me know that she would do her best to have this out as quickly as possible. I received an email back the same day to let me know that they were ready for pick up. F-ING AWESOME! The items may not make it for my loved ones to open Christmas morning, but you guys definitely saved the day. Thank you so much for your professionalism and promptness!
