“This is a gem. We stayed here for almost two weeks and by the end we felt very close with the owners. Although there is only one bed in the guest house, our 4 year old was very comfortable on an air mattress. The breakfasts were delicious, the house was beautiful, with plenty of quiet and space to enjoy the weather. For the price, this beat any hotel hands down.”

“From the well lit property, to the super polite front desk gentleman. The welcoming experience they provide was exceptional and so very welcome. I was blown away at the quality of the carpets, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets, the towels were very fluffy and absorbent. The sheets were smooth and firm without being stiff, also they smelled clean without any bleach smell. The whole room was laid out very well and instantly made me feel relaxed and able to sleep the best sleep away from home I have ever had. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent and I felt like the acoustics were deadened, I felt like I could hear no one else, and I didn't feel like I was in an echo chamber. The view was excellent and the morning staff were just as kind and helpful as the night staff.”

“Super nice rooms, perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Clean mattress, covers, etc. and staff were very friendly. I’d definitely take valuable belongings inside from your car though, as you should with every motel/hotel. Bathroom shower had a couple of stains but I think that’s just from age than anything else (room 124). Would recommend!”

“My wife and I have been staying here for years. This place feels like home away from home. I am a cancer transplant patient who requires a lot of care with constant trips to Mayo Clinic. The staff are so welcoming and amazing. They truly go above and beyond from the front of the hotel, to the kitchen, to the cleaning staff, and management in all aspects they really show they care. The hotel is really clean and it is very obvious they care about keeping it that way. I have to be so very careful as a transplant patient and I can tell you I feel very safe at this hotel. Not to mention that every room here is oceanfront view with balcony. It is such a blessing to be able to have this soothing healing view with the pain I feel through treatments sometimes. Our family thanks everyone of them and are very grateful for the last couple of years and years to come as I fight through this cancer. Thank you for allowing our family to feel like home away from home... :)”

“My husband was having surgery at a nearby hospital. We were from out of town. I could not stay or see him the whole time he was there. The staff took such good care of me. Miss Gabby was always diligent it making sure I was taken care of while I was there. Making sure I had everything I needed. I rested well and there was no disturbance of any kind. “When we arrived, there was an issue with our unit. We contacted the managers and they immediately attended to us and were completely wonderful! The view from our place was great & the hubs got to do a little fishing from the back docks. We walked to the pool a couple of times and it was such a great way to relax and hang out. We look forward to staying here again!”

“This mobile home community has been in new ownership since 2018 and new management since 2020; and since then we have removed all the riff-raff from the community, we have consistently cleaned up the exterior of the community, we have trained all the tenants to cut their grass regularly and keep their yards/porches clean, we have consistenly disciplined violators, and we do background checks on all applicants who want to move in. Comparing how this mobile home community was in 2018 to how this place looks and is operating now is a night and day difference in the right direction. We aren't perfect but we have greatly improved and are continuing to improve. We will continue to strive to make/keep this place a safe, peaceful, and clean place for our residents.”

She's obviously doing her job if the trailer park is clean n Everyone's trailer looks very nice, that's why I paid alot to get my home transported here. I feel confident that my property will not be tampered with, living here. This place feels safe for my family. Stephanie was very helpful guiding us as we purchased our new home. She went out of her way regardless if we rented from them or not. All negative comments are people who obviously had to be told to keep ur area clean. It's part of the CONTRACT that u signed. This is not a trailer trash park. Or else I wouldn't of moved here. Also the school bus literally picks up the kids in the area which is awesome!!! Best choice ive ever made.
