“Conducting vehicle maintenance is fairly easy after doing your own research. The current bay rates are $9 an HR which allow you to work on your vehicle. This place also does state vehicle inspection for $18.50 (might vary on your vehicle size), however the operating hours for inspection are from 0900-1630, Tues-Friday & 0900-1200 on Saturday with a break for lunch from ~1130 - 1300 (Only Tuesday-Friday, from what I've seen) Call or visit in person for any other services.”

“So far our experience has been pretty good. The only downside is that some houses are old and there is a few cracks here and there so cockroaches and spiders seems to slip threw sometimes. Otherwise it has been awesome. By the way, if you're moving here or is actually here and looking at reviews and own a dog, please for the love of everything don't let your dog bark for hours. I don't know why people here think their dog barking is cute or pointless because its not sweetheart. Beside my sadly careless neighbors, everything has been fine with the maintenance. I'll make sure to update when we move regarding moving out fees and such.”
