“I've gone to this location twice, a year apart and never had any "bad" or "racist" encounters. For those saying they're not getting much for their items, though it's true they'll offer you a minimal amount (after personal experiences), you can't expect to be given almost a full refund for your WORN items 💀 The location has always had a couple things I've bought at VERY reasonable prices. I'm planning on going more often, even though it is an hour away. The management staff has been nothing but helpful, respectful and kind when I've gone. I'll pass up at least 4 Plato's before getting here, but it's worth it! A true diamond in the rough! Many hidden treasures 🥰”

“This would be a 5 star review if they would change their dressing room policy. Katy Mills location shut down the dressing rooms one hour before they close, so you are not able to try them on. This wouldn’t bother me if you could bring back clothes that doesn’t fit but you can not. Their prices are pretty great though.”

Shoes and boots, clothing for leisure to sports, hunting to swimming and more. Well laid out store with clearly marked and staffed sections for every major line. Great product selection and prices are very reasonable across the brands. Helpful staff with knowledgeable insight from sizing clubs to bikes. Ammunition selection has been fairly consistent and while prices are a tad high they are on par with other retailers. Firearm selection and prices are also good. They have a great selection of accessories to include cases, scopes, sights, holsters, safes and more. Shoe and boot area is great and the selection is great. Staff there is knowledgeable about sizing and use. They have become my go to for all my causal, athletic and training footwear.”

“I went in to Florsheim yesterday to get some wingtips for an upcoming job interview. I've honestly never bought proper dress shoes before. I knew I wanted wingtips, but not much else. Camilo, the associate there at the time, was instrumental in helping me find the right brand. He patiently showed me each type of wingtip in the store. I never felt like I was being upsold or wrung for cash. He simply told me their features and price tags and let me make the call myself. When I asked if the store would price match J.C. Penney, Camilo took out his own phone since mine was out of data and together we looked for a deal I thought I'd seen on their website that he would price match for me. We didn't find the deal, but I bought the shoes all the same because the excellent service I was given was worth the price. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for professional and friendly service when buying dress shoes.”
