I've gone for a lot of eye exams, and I've had to pick out a lot of glasses in my day. I've never witnessed nor received the level of customer service anywhere else that I received from Baikal at his store. “There has never been more of a need for a chiropractor than after a debilitating injury. I am the guy that runs 20-30 miles a week and sprinkle in weights and exercising because I am in the military. For me, I had some serious issues with my lower back. My wife had referred me to Doc Chaney at the point where lying down in bed was agonizing and my leg and foot was completely numb. I still remember my first visit with Doc Chaney and he told me that my treatment would be completed within 2-4 visits. Although I didn’t believe him, at the time, I listened attentively and followed his physical therapy regiment. As I slowly limped through his office, he remained upbeat and I had no doubt that he had seen this before. His demeanor put me right at ease. Although my first 2 visits were very painful, gradually the pain started to dissipate and feeling in my foot began to show. With my final visit today, Doc Chaney did a quick once over and announced that I was free to leave. “Mission Complete”. I owe a huge amount of gratitude to Doc Chaney and I know the expert that can solve my physical injuries. Thanks Doc Chaney!”

“First of all, we did not expect the treatment we received from the moment we walked in. Our sales person, Fabian, was not all over us, knew great details about furniture and explained everything 2 or 3 times so we understood. But the best 3 things we liked about Gallery furniture were: 1. that there was no pushing or pressure into buying anything. Fabian left us alone to discuss options, upgrades, etc. Literally, standing about 100 ft but always very attentive and alert to answer any questions we had. 2. That the financial guy went above and beyond to help us get the living room set we wanted, after he took over Fabian. We were able to get great deal in the zero interest , everything explained in a language we understood, literally, English and Spanish, and clarity. I believe he broke every rule, but had a very satisfied customer. 3. That "Mack" himself called us that same day after our furniture was delivered to make sure we were happy and everything was done correctly. The owner took time from his busy schedule to prove to us that we as customers matter. Plus, the bonus was that they waited until we were done and satisfied to close, although it was our fault for arriving late, 1 hr before closing time. I will definitely be going back to get more furniture in the future and recommend this store to everyone that I know. Yes, I agree sometimes prices are high, but the quality of the product speaks for itself. Thank you to everyone that helped us and took care that we received everything within 24hrs of our purchased and the furniture was flawless.”

“Great ticket prices. Great theater setup, for the exception of the last row of the front section. The flip up chairs are not kid friendly. They same row leans back greatly which puts a strain on old people necks like mine. The food is typical theater priced food, expensive, so no point in dinging them for that, IMO. They make up for it with an astonishing amount of variety for food and drink. Worth a go. Bar, bowling, arcade, lounge, adult drinks, kids drinks, livability priced kids popcorn ("snack pack" tiny font).”
