“Just before Christmas we bought this bike for my son. So, a little time went by before we got to ride it, break it in and were able to find a couple of minor issues. Even though it was outside the 30 day warranty period, I reached out to Albert and Jerry in sales and service. It was our first new 2 stroke and KTM, so they spent time with me on the phone troubleshooting and we're very patient with my questions while I was trying to verify whether or not I needed to bring it in for work or if I could work out the bugs myself. Well, I wasn't happy with the results and thought it needed more attention, so I talked to Albert and he said just bring it in and they will take care of it. As life goes, another week had gone by until I was able to get it to them. They were able to check it out and correct the issue at no charge the same day! Service after the sale is often lacking at many places, but here it is Valued and I am sure if I have any issues with the next ride I buy they will be there for me! Anytime I spend my hard earned money, I always price around and compare to get the best deal, which they had. To have a great price and customer service is the unbeatable.
