My primary contact left for another dealership before my car was available but another sales person picked up and handled the rest of the process well. She even asked a finance person to come in early on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule.

He did check in periodically to let me know what was going on.w/ my vehicle and when I went to pick it up the process was easy and timely.

(March 29, 2019, 9:38 am)Recently, we purchased a 2019 BMW X5. There was a miscommunication about the status of the vehicle. Although I will spare the details, I do want to state that the sales person and sales manager acknowledged the miscommunication and acted quickly to rectify the situation. The dealership exemplifies the tenant of "customer first". We hope to have our new X5 for many years to come. When we are in the market again for a BMW, we will not hesitate to purchase from BMW Clear Lake. I recommend this dealership -- ask for Rachel when shopping for your new BMW.

It’s an older model(2012) so it’s out of warranty, Gerardo is always knowledgeable and helps us picks the service that is most pressing for our car to stay safe and on the road. We always have a good experience at Advantage Clear Lake.with all the service advisors I must mention.
They also have a new program that you can finance parts and labor and make affordable payments on the bill.
Took “Advantage “ of that with my new M Performance exhaust that they installed. It came out awesome. -

(January 29, 2019, 10:30 am)I wanted to thank Brian Smith (General Sales Manager) and Fidel Garza (service director) for their excellent attention in getting a long standing issue resolved with my 2016 X3. They took a personal interest and rectified a problem with the activation of my satellite radio that was not well handled at the time of sale-but they fixed it. Brian was especially helpful in working with me on costs and and provided excellent follow-up and customer service. Overall that tells me they are willing to work with a customer to get to a mutually agreeable solution on a problem and that is worth noting.
