“I recently had Services completed on my vehicle. My service agent was Christopher Rodriguez. He was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, polite,professional,and his response time on returning text messages was amazing. Chris is an excellent Service Agent and he's not afraid to get a little dirt on his hands. :) I wanted to check something on my vehicle and he lift the hood and pointed out something to me. When he was finish and let my hood down, he had dirt on his hands and still had a smile on his face. If I had to rate on on a scale of 1-10, I would have given him a 95. He blew my expectations out of the ball park. Thanks for being an amazing person and thanks for having integrity. I also wanted to add Booze the Customer Service/ Agent that greeted me serveral times when I would Drive up for Service was also Amazing. He would greet me with a smile and he's a very hard worker. He walks really quickly to get someone to assist you because he understands that the Customer is his his first priority. Now this is an example of a great consumer experience all in one place.
