  Dr. Maire is great! He has helped me with finding relief for my migraine headaches, helped me after a vehicle accident and all through my last pregnancy! His whole office team are kind and helpful!

  Pure Health deserves five stars and then some. I can't rate Dr. Maire highly enough. Before finding him, I saw other chiropractors in the SA area, and none were anywhere near as good. Dr. Maire's seen me through two car accidents in which I was injured (no, I'm not a bad driver--I wasn't at fault either time), and I also go regularly for treatment for a chronic condition. My condition's unfortunately incurable, but thanks to Dr. Maire, I'm able to gain much-needed relief. He's always friendly and personable, and so knowledgable I'm never left with unanswered questions. I've had acupuncture and other treatments in addition to chiropractic adjustment, and it's all been pleasant and beneficial. Never had anything but positive experiences at Pure Health. The staff is great, the massage therapists Amy and Michelle are both great. My child's also a patient at Pure Health, and loves it there as well. Call Pure Health if you need chiropractic treatment or any service they provide. You won't find a better chiropractic clinic in the SA area.

  I suffered from Migraine headaches for years. No amount or type of medication seemed to help and they progressively got worse.....until....I decided to visit Dr. Maire. He and his staff are great people and awesome service!! He offers a combination of techniques to help with healing and feeling good naturally. Dr. Maire, listens to his patient's needs and checks to make sure the adjustment was accurate. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied when you are done with the adjustment. If you have time I would definitely recommend seeing Amy the massage therapist!! She has magic hands, and spectacular as well! ~I now have the headaches under control with their services and minimal medication.

  Dr. Maire is great, my job causes some back pain and he has helped get me feeling flexible again. His is always on time!

  Very pleased. My experiences here have been very good. Massage is WONDERFUL, for those of you that don't want a "back rub", the therapist is very attentive to your needs. I race bicycles, so my upper back and legs are always out of whack. Pure health puts me back together.
