“Honestly, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have taken every vehicle I have ever owned here and will continue to do so. The rest of my family does the same. The staff are beyond nice and accommodating. There have been many times they have suggested repairs but also let me know that certain things can wait and they will keep an eye on them for me (when I come in for routine oil changes) and then let me know when it comes closer to an issue. This gives me time to prepare for those larger ticket items. Obviously unexpected things happen, but these types of non-pushy efforts aid big in the trust department. When they tell me it's important, I believe them! Just recently had some work done on my 2013 Sonata and it is running so much better than before! A vehicle purchase can be one of the most expensive budget items, but keeping the vehicle maintained pays dividends on the life expectancy. Especially as many miles as I put on mine and the length of time I plan to own them. Definitely highly recommend!”

“A few weeks ago I bought a prepaid Visa card for a mother to be as a baby shower gift. We gave the card to the family and when they tried to use the card, the card did not have any credit card numbers or expiration dates on it. I contacted the manager, Fernando and him and his team were so kind and professional in trying to get the card replaced. They went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. “I have been coming to this store for many years. I like not to be bothered but there is this sales associate which I thought she was the manager because of her polish look, her confidence, and the way she talks to customers. I have read the reviews and I agree to the rest of the reviews and I see the reviews that describes this tall woman and well this is the lady that I thought she was the manager. I have heard the same scripted lines from the other associates but this tall woman (by the way her name is Gina) she is so natural so genuine. She approached me and she complimented me on my suit. Then she saw me looking at shoes and she informed me that there were other shoes that I might like and she was right. She pulled out her phone and she taught me how to navigate the website. She couldn’t order them because the system let her. She explained the Wish List and how I can come in and try to order from them. She was so kind. So professional. She approached another lady from a different point of view. I eavesdrop just to see how she would help her. She asked all these questions “ Is the event in the day or night?” “What’s the color themed?” I was in awe. She styled this lady from head to toe with so much confidence. For the many years I have been coming here I have never seen a sales manager take pride in her job. Again I am appalled that she not the manager of the store but boy does she carry herself like if she is. I want to give her praise on her work ethics and again....the tall lady, her name is Gina and if you need someone to help you well I recommend you to go see her! Cato is very lucky to have her!!!!”
