“Love Dr Galloway and Paige. The treatments are precise and effective. He’s a graduate from Palmer, the best Chiropractic school in America! I always feel great after seeing them. He always runs on time, and is very efficient. However, the office team needs work. It’s been the same lady for years at the front desk. She treats clients indifferently, both on the phone and in the office, and rarely answers the phones. The billing team sometimes takes months to process the insurance. One time, my family was billed for an appointment that happened almost a year ago! If you actually wanted the money, you would bill your clients in a timely manner! Overall, great place, but please consider beefing up your office team.”
