Javier at door number 3 @ your Clinton Dr location was a big help and extremely professional he made sure that I was loaded fast but most importantly Safely he was a big help and from opinion a positive addition to your company
When I got to Storage & Processors to pick up a load, there had been a mix up on when I was suppose to pick up, it was no fault of S & P it was on the other end. Ricky and Javier were very helpful. They quickly got the problem sorted out and kept me informed on what was going on. I've been there several times and have had no problems, this was my first hiccup with this place. Ricky and Javier were awesome and took care of me promptly. I appreciate everything they did to make things go smooth.
