  As a professional athlete, I needed a gym that could help me achieve and exceed my offseason goals. Genesis delivered. After four months, I entered spring training in the best shape of my life.   Genesis Fitness is an awesome gym! Everyone is supportive and will push you to do your best and always cheer you on. I highly recommend Genesis Fitness for anyone looking for something different that will get you amazing results. The coaches are great too!!

  Great programming, awesome coaches, and wonderful community atmosphere. I have been doing CrossFit here for almost 1 year and I absolutely love it. Not only did it help me improve my fitness level but I have also made some amazing friends. The programming is always changing which is great for someone like me who gets bored easily. By far the best gym in the area!

  This place is great! It seems like there is a crossfit location on every corner nowadays, but Genesis is the real deal in my opinion. I visited three other boxes in my area but none of them had a the energy or vibe that Genesis has. All the members have been extremely nice and very supportive. The coaches are all experienced, and take the time needed to ensure you have a good experience. This was important to me because I have three teenagers (15,16,17) who wanted to participate in a crossfit/fitness program as well and I needed a place that they felt safe and comfortable. If you are a normal person like me and are looking to get in better shape than you are now, or if you are a serious competitor that is looking to get stronger, quicker, and faster! then this is the place that can make it happen. David Claiborne and his team have done a great job in providing a great atmosphere and the right people to help you achieve your goals. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
