  I ordered a case of wine from the online store and was told that it would be ready and then received a cancelation due to the items being out of stock. So then I called and spoke to a nice lady whom I was told was the manager and she kindly apologized and said the order was canceled and the money I paid ($87.55) would not be charged. Well, it was and I noticed it a few weeks later as I was looking out for the merchant name and it was charged as NNTCSalesAudit(The Woodlands) which I have no idea what that is and of course(BofA) can't tell me either. So I have called now 4 times no calls back and have put in a request to have this fixed on their website. I am now waiting again as I called and a man asked me to call back in 10 minutes. Why do I have to hunt this down and keep attempting to rectify this with them when it was clearly their mistake?
  So I gave one star only because they have been polite when they answered the phone. This has been terrible expereince and still working to get my money back.
  All a pain since I ordered something and it was never fulfilled and they charged me and didn't cancel the order. I struggled to even find out who I bought it from (which took me 3 weeks to track them down) neither the website nor the payment platform is listed in the merchant's name. This will be my last attempt and if I don't get someone to speak to me then I will dispute with the bank. I would rather have them make good on this as it has been over 60 days since this has occurred and I want my money back and don't want to have to wait longer on the bank to take care of it. I wonder why this doesn't mean enough to them to contact me it was their error from the start...Advertising non-stocked items on sale, then not canceling the payment when they canceled the order, and worst of all not responding to my many calls to have the charge rectified. I would have been a customer but not now and I recommend using caution if you buy anything from them online.

  Kinda new place in town has a great selection of red wines and white wines. Staff was very helpful.

  Very good service. Employees are really nice people. Always asking if they could help as soon as you walk through the front door. Not bothering customers, but Wil check on you or if you want or need help they are right there for assistance.
