Zero wait dropping the truck off, and Brenda (service rep/consultant) kept me continuously updated on all repairs. Larry (mechanic/tech) went above and beyond by painting and buffing out a large scrape on the door totally unrelated to the wreck and quote. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work. Also convenient is the fact that Enterprise has a satellite car rental office 10 steps away. Excellent people, great service, and well-done repairs... Thanks!”

Making an appointment online could not be any easier. Everyone is incredibly friendly! They even recognize me when I come in! I've been there maybe 5 times in the past 15 months and they remember me. They have Paul Mitchell products which I like for my hair coloring (less chemicals and low ammonium) no problems with color I asked for a dark brown and is what I got. Good coverage considering I have a lot of grey hair. My Hair length is below the shoulders (around chest) for $75. Not bad at all.”

“Update: Jan 2019: It was probably a bad day. They are still awesome! Since I wrote this I feel like things are going downhill a bit...We shall see if it improves.... I have never had a bad experience here, so I don't know what these people are talking about. They are super helpful and friendly. I always schedule my appointments to be the first one (8AM). The only time I had a long wait was when the doctor was stuck in traffic. That was once. I've been using UT Physicians for about 10 years now. I love the doctors, the phlebotomists, and the office staff. I even tell all my friends they need to switch to this group. Also...I had my first hospital procedure ever at UT Med Center. The wait was super long but the staff was awesome.”
