“I just wanted to give my experience. We have had our loans financed through another credit union for years. My husband and I decided we wanted to consolidate some credit card debt to a lower interest loan to get it paid off. Our other credit union would not grant us the loan. I called First Community as a last resort after doing a a quick google search and spoke with Paul and went over our financial goals. He was so courteous and kind. I actually felt like he wanted to help us and get our business. Within about 1 day, everything was done and our loan was approved. Not only was it approved but we got a loan that was 3% points lower than what the other credit union was going to give us and it was actually approved. We decided to refinance the car and got an interest rate that was 2% points lower than our current credit union. We did not even have to go into a branch to get it done. “Consistently exceptional service, from a relaxing wash & condition to just the right color and a perfect cut! My favorite stylist for 5 years❤️Crystal is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! She knows how to cut curly hair! Even for 4 years when I straightened it every day, my hair looked so healthy because of the way she cut and colored it. The shampoo & condition room is arranged behind glass closed doors where relaxing spa music is playing as you sit in a reclined leather chair with your feet up as you have your head messaged. My husband even came for his hair cut and he said it’s the best head message + hair cut he’s ever had! Now he’s a customer as well! The music is not too to have conversations yet the feel is upbeat????”

“The Woodhouse Day Spa is the best! Every step of my experience was perfect. The booking process was so easy and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in! I was greeted by friendly staff that quickly got me checked in and showed me to a beautiful & clean locker area to change into a very comfy robe. After changing I was offered a beverage of my choice and shown to their quiet room to fill out my paperwork so even that part was enjoyable! I'm so glad they asked me to arrive 30 minutes before my service so that I had time to relax and didn't feel rushed. When it was time for my service, I was greeted by name by my spa professional who went over my paperwork and services and asked for any additional information to make my service exactly what I was wanting. She was very professional and one of the best massages I've ever received! Following my massage, I went into the nail room for a manicure and pedicure. Not only is it a much more relaxing environment than going to a nail salon, the ladies were very professional, talked when you wanted but also let you relax and my polish has never looked better! Following my services I was never rushed out of the quiet room but encouraged to relax as long as I'd like. I never felt out of place or rushed my entire day. The staff's attention to every detail is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back many more times!”
