January 2018: Convenient location and excellent service. Rented an SUV over Christmas 2017 and was very satisfied. Brent did a great job.

Friendly folks, decent selection (though I've never gotten to choose), very efficient service. Cars are pretty new (mostly less than a year old, definitely less than two), clean, and ready to go. Sometimes they have a full tank, sometimes they don't.

One disappointment: hours are limited and they're not open on Sundays.

It was my first time using National and I had a great experience. The employee was fast and courteous and got me into a better car than I reserved. The 2019 Ford Fusion I got was actually loaded with premium features rather than a typical bare-bones rental economobile. This made my trip not so bland. Return process was quick and efficient with no problems. I will use them again in the future.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I had already gotten a great deal on a full sized car and when I got there to pick it up they gave me a full sized luxury SUV for no extra cost! Great company, value, and vehicles!
