“Had a walk in party for my daughter at BALAXI and we had so much fun! All the staff was super helpful and polite with us. We had around 14 guests riding go karts at one time and staff never felt overwhelmed. Thank you so much for that it's not easy dealing with so many children at once! I want to specially thank staff member (Howard) and the cook (Sonia) for all their attention towards us you made us feel extra welcomed and catered our needs in a very positive and well manered way. My daughter and her friends had a blast and I will be sure to recommend you to all the parents!”
