I’ve had many negative experiences at urgent cares and doctors offices, but this is by far the place to go if you want real care from authentic medical professionals. As a teacher, insurance and cost can be a major setback to getting medical care and they made sure I got what I needed without breaking the bank. The nurse and nurse practitioner at this location are phenomenal!”

“This is my second time here. The first was in June 2018, that time we were here for almost 3 hours but the staff let us know it wasn’t common, that people were usually seen fairly quickly and they themselves seemed shocked by the wait time. The second time we were seen much quicker. The staff here is very pleasant. All the people I have encountered are very nice. The Doctor is friendly and communicative. The hospital itself is very clean, I haven’t had any issues or negative experiences.”

“I transferred here from a "store front" clinic for my primary care... it's a fantastic change! Memorial Hermann was right on time and didn't keep me waiting. The staff was friendly and there wasn't any "gun decking" with the paperwork. The blood drawing nurse was very skilled: I've been told my veins are terrible but she didn't have any difficulty. The facility is clean and modern. As for online access: I easily got set up with the patient portal website. I was shocked to discover my bloodwork results were available the very same day!?! I'm impressed!! The reason I say 4 out of 5 stars is because I had to schedule my appointment **months** in advance. It was an unreasonably long lead time. Also annoying is that I had to schedule using a telephone voice call; I hate talking on the phone. My last criticism is that they refused to schedule a combo appointment of "new patient establishing care + annual physical exam" in one day. Those must be done as 2 separate visits. :-/ Overall, it's a great place, but there's room for improvement.”

“I went there today for the first time. I have only donated once before and it was a really long time ago. The first time donor process took a very long time. From the time that I got there until I left was about 4 hours. I didn't find that the people there looked homeless as one other poster said. The other people just looked like average, everyday people, though there was one guy that smelled like he needed a bath lol. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The lady named Ms. Gail was wonderful. Ms. Gail did all of my new donor stuff and then she came to help me when I started to have a bad time during the donation. I ended up having to leave early but hopefully my next time won't be so bad. I'd recommend this place to my friends.”

“I've been a patient of Dr. Kelley's office all my life and I'm 58. Not possible? I was delivered by Dr. Robert Kelley, Dr. Jeffrey Kelley's father. When he retired, Dr. Jeff became my doctor. So I've been with this practice all my life. If my employer insurance coverage options changed, I based my decision of insurance plans to a plan Dr. Kelley was on. I will never change, so Dr. Jeff cannot retire. He is absolutely the best Doctor I've ever been to, and I've been to many specialists over the years.”

“Excellent service! It was my first time and I felt like I had better care and attentiveness from the nurse and doctor than I would at a regular gyno! The only con was how long it took, even though I had an appointment. What I thought would be 1 hr took almost 3hrs. Just lots of waiting time between everything... So just make sure you're not in a rush to get somewhere ????”
