On a Friday they were able to book me right away and every other location I called said I would have to wait until next week. Dr.Dinh was very nice and professional and Diana who prepared me for my exam was helpful and really nice. Highly recommend this optometrist. The place is very clean which adds to the appeal - customer service is always friendly and prompt - I wish them well at this location - hope business continues to thrive as this is the only location closest to Cypress, which already houses its own Nestle Toll House cookie shop... so I get the placement as far location goes - pretty smart. Anyhow, they also offer delivery with cute little packages, such as 'Study All Night' which is Starbucks coffee and cookies - so good. Feel free to walk in - ordering ahead is not always necessary for small orders.”

“Awesome service for such a busy location! Recently stopped by this location to get my caffeine fix before I started my day. I went through the drive-thru line and was greeted. Got my order in and mentioned I had my own personal cup (to help me save .20 of course lol). Pulled up to the window and the nice gentleman scanned my phone app for payment. Handed him my cup and he quickly filled it and handed it back to me. As he handed my drink, he asked me to hold on for a second. I figured he was getting some napkins for me or something. However, he filled another cup for me because he had quite a bit leftover. Loved those sort of customer service where they go above and beyond! Not to mention he was not wasteful! :)”
