“Beautiful new bar in midtown. I love the indoor but outdoor patio dinning area, they have like 60 beer taps! The indoor dinning area and bar looks really great too. I had the fish and chips and was very pleased... Only problem was I got up to go to the bathroom and when I came back my food was gone ???? still had a great time but don't mess with a girls dinner y'all ???? Curious what is being built on top of this building tho, it looks like a fun outdoor kick it spot. Regardless Jack & Gingers is great new addition to the neighborhood.”

“Had a lot of fun last night. The bar looked really nice from the outside so we decided to go in. There was a line, but it moved fast. It wasn’t too crowded and they had many bars inside, so it was not hard to get a drink. Even when it was more crowded it didn’t take forever to get a drink. The bartenders were nice! It was chill, but they also had good music playing. I’ll definitely come back.”

“Working with Oliver and Jeremy on a kitchen remodel was terrific. They are two genuinely nice guys who care about the end result and getting the job done right. Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes. When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. Remodeling jobs get dirty, but the effort they put in to minimize the impact on your daily life during the project makes a difference. When selecting materials, Jeremy was willing to double check the specs and provide recommendations where I needed help before I made my purchases. That's helpful if you don't have much experience in construction. At the end of the day we love the results and really enjoyed working with Twelve12.”

“I needed a new apartment, and in looking, I stumbled upon the advertisement for Smart City Apartment Locator; I do not remember exactly how. I have always done my own looking, but I decided to give this a try. It was for me a lucky day because I ran into not only the smartest bunch in the business but the ones with a level of customer service that is seldom found and hard to forget; I know I will not, as they are now my Realtor of Choice. The lady that helped me was efficient and to the point. She did a wonderful job, first asking the right questions to find out what I wanted and the price range, and listening to what I had to say. Within hours (seemed like minutes really) she had a list for me to preview. An EXTENSIVE list with pricing, apartment numbers available, floor levels, amenities, details on the apartment complexes, and links to each one of them. Still, I was skeptical, but upon checking on the links and then visiting the places that she suggested, I understood their abilities and the meaning of their name: “Smart…” The saying: “It is not all about what you know, but whom you know” applies so well here, and these people KNOW their business. For moving and finding the right apartment, you want to know Smart City Apartment Locator. I am happy to say that I went with one of their suggestions, the first one on her list if that tells you anything. All of her suggestions were on the money, and it was not easy to choose between all the places that she suggested, which is more to her credit.
