They offer beginner and intermediate yoga classes, as well as beginner, and intermediate pole fitness classes. Yoga classes for strengthening your core and flexibility, as well as relaxation and stress relief. They also offer booty boot camp classes for tightening your glutes and focusing on shaping your booty. Pole classes for core, flexibility, full body strengthening and confidence boosting. So thankful there is finally a place in my area that offers these services!”

“My son and I love this place. He has been attending since January and is in the Toddler 1 class. The teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful. They are so very caring and provide a structured, well-rounded curriculum. So far there have been ~10 kids in his class but some days there are only 4-5 which makes personal education possible. The facility is always clean and organized. The playground is not as "lush" as some facilities, but the learning environment and wonderful staff make up for it 10x over. :)”
