“I had a random flat tire today at the Atascocita/Humble location. The address is 5701 FM 1960. I pulled into a vacuum spot and noticed I was quickly losing air pressure in my back drivers side tire. I started calling my husband and trying to YouTube a video on how to change a tire with a special lock key. Within 2 minutes, Mr Jose Sabaj came over to help me with a jack. Another customer also helped and within 10 minutes, I was on my way. This location has always been impressive with quality, friendliness and timeliness but today I was shown customer service that was above and beyond. Thanks Jose!!!”

I was greeted by the 2nd person to inspect my truck, and was done in 15 minutes. This is the best way to go, and I got it done early before my 2/19 sticker expires.”
