Doesn't just give you cute ways to look cool, but how to truly defend yourself in a serious situation. Also has F.I.T. interval training classes in which Geoff is certified and highly knowledgeable. You will see and feel results!! If you are looking for a school where you have to earn your ranks and not just buy them like at other area schools, then this is the place for you. Martial arts and interval training are great either separate or incorporating both. Convenient schedules as well.”

Add a hearty crepe, sweet treat, and an hour or so with a close friend to renew your spirit! Cinnamon Rolls like mom used to make and a scrumptious variety of muffins just like what I wish mom used to make. My favorite is the Hootenanny.
