  This is a great gym for people serious about their fitness, great advice from people with plenty experience. I have been to this gym, moved to Dallas and when I came back, I went right back. I had a miscommunication error one time with service and the Keith took care of this situation promptly and extremely professionaly. Very honest guy who is straight forward and does not lie to you to push product or service. He gives you the facts and is very motivational when he sees your progress, as well as knows everyone in his gym by first name. I could keep going on about how awesome this place is, go find out for yourself and help out your local businesses. ????????

  This is the best gym in the Katy/West Houston area. The staff is knowledgeable and diverse; from specific sports training, to bodybuilding, to overall health and fitness, there is a coach/trainer tailored to your specific fitness needs/goals. The environment is positive and welcoming, I can not say this about any other gym I’ve been a member of in the area, it’s irreplaceable. This is the kind of gym you can place your wallet/purse down and not think twice about the safety of it. I’m blessed and thankful that I can call this facility my home.

  Efficient facility! And Great Equipment. They cater to multiple sports for any athlete! If you're in Katy this is most certainly the gym to visit/frequent!
