He's very patient (he needed to be), but he pushes me when he knows I can do better. If you want to get in shape I highly recommend Norris Training & Conditioning!

In the first month alone I was able to put on 3 lbs of muscle and drop 1 lb of body fat. Jonathan has not only guided me through a new routine to build back my lost muscle but has given me the tools needed to fuel my nutrition requirements.
