(December 6, 2017, 9:34 am)Don't get me wrong - the classes, instructors, and facility are wonderful. Wendy and Jim do a wonderful job. However the management is not up to par. I needed to cancel my membership and was confused about the process. You have to pay for an extra month as a cancellation fee. I sent two emails to the same address that sent me the cancellation form asking questions about it with no response. When I asked in studio I was told the manager is the only person who has access to that email and he usually responds. I would still highly recommend this studio on the basis that the classes and instructors were awesome.
**Updated to four stars as the management was extremely helpful once I did get a response.
