My trainer excelled in making me feel comfortable yet challenged at the same time. The atmosphere in the gym is professional and inviting. Getting to know other clients and listening to good music made working out a pleasure. I highly recommend Peak Fitness and my trainer, with no reservations. Also love the flexibility in scheduling.
