An all around great person. Before the maintenance, Kurt had made me a list of what he believed should be done before my long drive back home. In turn, he listed what should be done as soon as possible, what should be done in the coming month, and what he recommended should be done soon; but was not urgent. This list was based off not just what he could see, but off what he recognized due to his immense Toyota training. The turnaround time was fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for how well they treated me.
