“When I heard that BEYOGA was about to open in a convenient location in the Heights, I confirmed that it was a non-heated studio and then went to try a class. I am so glad that I did! BE has such a great vibe top to bottom. The space is so light and inviting and the owners, instructors, and other students are warm and friendly. The instructors are fantastic and each offers a unique set of talents in their classes. There are a variety of class options that suit a full spectrum of students from experienced yogis to novices and everyone is welcomed. They also regularly offer workshops covering topics pertaining to life on and off the mat. BE is building a great community and it has become my go-to studio.”

“I started going to Sharmeen to do my lash extensions about two years and absolutely love her work! My lashes look full, yet natural. I have a relatively busy schedule with work, so it is definitely a luxury to be done with my beauty routine in less than seven minutes each morning. Also, I get compliments about my lashes all the time. I recommend doing the volume set, as they feel lighter while still providing a full lash look. In regard to maintenance, I get a refill once every three weeks and it takes roughly an hour each session.”
