“I enjoy the different levels of difficulty offered within the Wednesday evening class and the multiple layers of movement that are taught. It's an exercise for my brain, not just my body. Kimberly is knowledgeable in dance as well as anatomy, and she is good at describing movement in different ways to help the brain make the right connection in the body. It's fun learning traditional movement vocabulary as well as practicing exercises that get me moving outside of the straight body column. The instructors at Dance from the Heart are empowered, graceful, and delightfully goofy, and they certainly pass these traits on to their students.”

“Update: Jan 2019: It was probably a bad day. They are still awesome! Since I wrote this I feel like things are going downhill a bit...We shall see if it improves.... I have never had a bad experience here, so I don't know what these people are talking about. They are super helpful and friendly. I always schedule my appointments to be the first one (8AM). The only time I had a long wait was when the doctor was stuck in traffic. That was once. I've been using UT Physicians for about 10 years now. I love the doctors, the phlebotomists, and the office staff. I even tell all my friends they need to switch to this group. Also...I had my first hospital procedure ever at UT Med Center. The wait was super long but the staff was awesome.”
