“So far have had a great experience with everyone at this practice. From the start I felt very comfortable with this practice. Although you should be prepared for a lengthy hold to schedule an appointment, the woman who I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice and helpful. I have Medicaid for pregnant women through community first and she worked with me to find a doctor at the location I preferred and a woman doctor upon my request. I was placed with Dr. Heather Caddell who just made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, especially since I was nervous as this is my first pregnancy. The ladies in the office were very nice and prompt. I got there early to fill out paperwork and was taken back to a room as soon as I was finished with the paperwork. The appointment was quicker than I expected but completely thorough. So far I feel extremely lucky to have found this office and that they accept my insurance. Thank you!”

The other day my 2 year old daughter fell and hit her head and cut it, well the next day she stayed home with dad because he was off work. Miss Sonja (the director) called me the next morning just to check on Paisley and that really made my day. I was like awww they really do care. 🥰 I also have two more daughters that are in this daycare ages 7 years old and 6 years old and everyday when I pick them up they are always super excited to tell me about their day as soon as they get in the car!!!
