“Lubbock is a small airport but big in heart, everyone was courteous and willing to help, one big plus that I will give is that I am disabled and little bitty Lubbock airport is the only place that I have seen that thinks about things !! I had to use the restroom....handicap stall of course ? and this is the only place I have seen that they actually have the toilet paper dispenser located at the right height above the handrail to make ease of access.”

“The only item that kept me from giving five stars was the return check-in process. There wasn't any return check-in at all. Had to leave car in an exit lane inside parking lot area as there was no one checking in cars and the entire return lane was totally full. I wanted to know that I had successfully checked in and I wanted a receipt . The process of picking up the car was fine and the car itself was great. Just disappointed at the end This was probably NOT a problem limited to Alamo....it appeared that NO ONE was checking cars in. This airport needs to provide check in agents prior to 8am. Lubbock has too many early morning flights to disregard those passengers who have to drop off early.”
