“We like this park for our little family. The playground is different than most of the others in Lubbock that mostly have the same design. The grass was pretty nice for a Lubbock park, too. A bathroom would always be nice, but that's not a luxury at most Lubbock parks anyway.”

“A good KOA! Some shade, nice staff,, picnic tables, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a nice little walk around the park all make this place a good stay. Not too crowded and not overpriced. “Very friendly owners. Propane on site. Staff fills propane tanks for you every month you don’t even have to load up your tank. Has a pool, play ground, and basketball goals. Laundry facility is very clean has a room with tables and chairs that could probably be used for entertaining family. Bathrooms very clean and cozy”

“Despite the neighborhood surrounding it, this park is absolutely incredible! I’ve come back many times to walk here since I first visited. Paved walk ways all throughout. Beautiful views of the lake. A few bridges along the way. Coffee shop there is delicious. Little hidden gem. Lots of area to walk and take in the scenery. Plenty of areas to stop along the way and go fishing. Historical marker with the history of the park. An outdoor workout area with equipment as well, although I didn’t use any of it. This is definitely a place I will visit regularly.”
