I've been coming to this place for a while. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Staff have always been courteous and helpful, facilities are always clean..only real complaint is waiting a while even for an oil change.

Great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend this Firestone store. The Staff was friendly, professional and went that extra distance to earn my business. It is refreshing to see a company committed to it’s customers.

I needed a front end alignment and yesterday (sat) afternoon was the only time I could go. Arrived about 1:30 and asked how long of a wait. Answered about an hour. To my surprise that meant they would be done in an hour! They also found lower pricing for a special and I was leaving their shop about an hour after arriving. Great job and great customer service.
