He had a great attitude and was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, and understand. In addition to providing us excellent service, he addressed concerns that were not necessarily part of the call. I greatly appreciated the time he took to explain things in detail and make recommendations that were helpful and cost effective. It is not often that we meet technicians that have his personality and work ethic combined. I was so impressed with him that I will request him as my technician going forward with any future calls.

The staff kept in contact with us as needed. Very respectful employees. The general manager also stopped by to inspect the work that was done. You can tell this company cares about there work. I would definitely recommend Total Air Service.

(July 17, 2019, 2:55 pm)AC went down after 5pm on a Friday!! Chad had a portable unit installed quickly, the house remained cool until the AC was repaired. Costs were reasonable too. I recommended them 100%

They had an extremely timely response and addressed our issue thoroughly. Robin, Nichole, and Trey were all amazing and so helpful! You can tell that they care about their customers and their satisfaction. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to all my family and friends!
