“Update: We just visited Whole Foods. The experience was totally different from 10 months ago. The hot bar was incredibly stocked with tasty dishes prepared by the new chefs - Mao and Cody. Both were interested in what we had to say about the foods we enjoyed. We left with quite an assortment of foods for dinner! We also had the pleasure of meeting the new store manager, Kendrick. He is passionate about his work and anxious to make things better for the community. Good job guys! We used to enjoy the hot prepared meals for a delicious quick meal. There was always a great selection. The last couple of visits, however, not so. I guess for the last few months the food has been less than appetizing. Today it seemed that the only meat selection was chicken tandoori... the same for the last 3 weeks or so. We left without purchasing anything.”

“The prices are excellent and the professionals are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Yes, you have to wait in line and it can take three weeks to receive your glasses (but I was told this up front), but unless you feel that you are "entitled" to instant service as some kind of birthright, this should not be a problem. I cannot imagine that the gentleman who works there would be rude, but it is possible that he may not have been sufficiently subservient in the eyes of that reviewer. If you want a good price for glasses and can tolerate a wait, come here. If not, go elsewhere and spend more money.”

“I had a very good experience with my cat's medical emergency here. They took her back right away for evaluation. We knew quickly what the diagnosis & what course of treatment was needed. She needed to remain hospitalized through the weekend. They let me call anytime for updates & let me visit with her in a private room during her stay. The Dr.'s & staff were very caring, & knowledgable. They were up front about costs. When We checked out to go to our regular vet on Monday morning, our medical records were already faxed to our regular vet & IV fluid/antibiotics I already paid for were sent with us to our vet. Excellent experience!”
