“Coldest night in three years and we have a burst pipe and an unrelated water heater issue. Jan (if it is Jen I am so sorry...not good with names) had the knowledge to ask about the water heater issue and knew enough about the system to know ours was under warranty for the failure we were experiencing. She got us on the list and now at 12:33am someone is here working on our issues. It is stupid cold outside but they are here. Not enough words to express our gratitude for helping us.”

“This is a very good home neighborhood convenience store. Good family that runs it. Always familiar hello when you come in. It is clean and always smells nice. Well organized and stocked. They carry good essentials on hand. They're not a huge grocery store but they are smart as to what sells and stock it. I love that I can pay for a soda refill when I bring my cup back for a $1.08 refill. AND For the Tax day floods and the floods a month later, this Star Foods store donated over 20 bags of ice to the Sawdust Baptist Church to help keep the food cold over there. And they also said to come back for more ice if more was needed. This is our family neighborhood store. Glad they're in the neighborhood!”

“I had a new unit installed in my home a couple of years ago by a different company that I would never use again. We started to notice an odor coming from the A/C when the air would come on after the heater was utilized in colder temps. I read the amazing reviews about The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning, so I decided to give them a call to come service the unit. Brian came by and assessed what was needed. We discussed needing to cut a hole in the upstairs plenum box and have an access door installed so the coil could be cleaned. We scheduled a date & time that worked for both of us and then he left without charging me anything at all. He said we would take care of the service call fee when they did the work on our agreed upon date. Very refreshing. The day of the install, Brian showed up on time with his installer, also named Brian. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to talk with and had no problem answering any questions I had during the visit. The door was installed, coil cleaned and entire unit inside and out was checked thoroughly and serviced properly. The bottom line is that I would recommend this company to everyone. Fast, friendly, economical and more importantly, work was performed correctly and I was not pressured into buying things I did not need. Honesty goes a long way with me and Brian is definitely an honest man with your best interest in mind. It always arrives to me still frozen as they ship it with dry ice. I haven’t been able to find a better price for shipping frozen food. $24 shipping cost and it is 2 day shipping. “Just trying to recover from hip surgery is hard enough. We needed some bathroom aids installed professionally and quickly, we searched the internet and found Bruce at Bathroom Safety Services. We made an appointment for the next day and Bruce showed up on time and listened to our concerns. He made a couple of suggestions and installed three safety grab bars in our toilet and shower areas.
