I reserved a unit online, and received a phone call a few minutes later to set up a move in date/time. When I arrived the next day, I was greeted by Sandra. She offered professional and super friendly service. She explained everything well and in a way that I understood. A+ on customer service. The facility itself, I am pleased to say, is easy to get to. It's also very clean and well kept. I rented and indoor climate controlled unit, and the temperature felt appropriate. I am very happy with my choice to use This location, and would definitely recommend to anyone I know.”

“This location is sill trying to establish itself, but Lowe's has very good prices, beautiful pond and garden stone stuctures, decent plant selection and completely unbeatable kio pricing. The young lady that I talked with for 1 hour was so full of information, that I started to ask her out cause I wanted to hear more about all this pond business, thank you for your time and information, I would out of all honesty give the magnolia location a 50 star rating !!!”

We had an issue over the weekend, and Shelley helped us diagnose the issue, and walked us through a short term fix to hold us over the weekend. (This was FREE by the way, and it saved us the cost of a weekend and after hours call!!) 77 Water Well, arrived the next week, and quickly remedied the issue, and now our water pressure is better than it has ever been in 5 the years we have owned the home. “I took my 5 year old there and he loved it! The auto belays were awesome and the routes were easy enough for him to get to the to and hard enough for me to not get to the top. The prices are comparable to other climbing gyms that I have gone to but this one has an indoor adventure corse to go with it. The monthly membership is a no brainer at just under $60, go three times a month and its paid for. Don't try it without climbing shoes IMHO... I saw a lot of people there without climbing shoes. That's like scuba diving without fins. You can do it, but WHY??? SO FUN!!!”

“I stumbled across this shop a few years back when my truck blew a piston. Unfortunately the damage to my pickup would have cost me more in parts to repair it than it was worth but the guys were kind enough to let me park it in their yard for 2 days until I could get it sold and towed out. Even though my old pickup was toast I had a great experience and felt that they were extremely honest with me. I ended up referring several of my friends to this shop and those friends told me they had similar great experiences. Knowing a reliable and honest mechanic is a valuable thing.
