“My meal experience at this location has been good. I have no complaints. This location fits expectations I have for a Jason's deli meal. The food is good, the deli appears clean, and the atmosphere is okay. I've never run into any bad attitudes by staff. I did get charged twice for a very large order once, and unfortunately it was never resolved. The issue has not stopped me from ordering here though because my meals have always been good and to my expectations.”

“The prices are excellent and the professionals are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Yes, you have to wait in line and it can take three weeks to receive your glasses (but I was told this up front), but unless you feel that you are "entitled" to instant service as some kind of birthright, this should not be a problem. I cannot imagine that the gentleman who works there would be rude, but it is possible that he may not have been sufficiently subservient in the eyes of that reviewer. If you want a good price for glasses and can tolerate a wait, come here. If not, go elsewhere and spend more money.”

“Excellent food and service -- we used them for two training lunches, and the food was awesome. The pressata sandwich boxes were still warm when delivered, and a BIG step above the normal box lunches. (The Antonio and BBQ beef were crowd favorites.) AND their sandwich platter came with a handy guide to what was in each box. (The chicken salad on raisin walnut bread was fantastic, and the vegetarian options were a hit.) Would highly recommend them for catering your business meals, training or functions!”

“I had a very good experience with my cat's medical emergency here. They took her back right away for evaluation. We knew quickly what the diagnosis & what course of treatment was needed. She needed to remain hospitalized through the weekend. They let me call anytime for updates & let me visit with her in a private room during her stay. The Dr.'s & staff were very caring, & knowledgable. They were up front about costs. When We checked out to go to our regular vet on Monday morning, our medical records were already faxed to our regular vet & IV fluid/antibiotics I already paid for were sent with us to our vet. Excellent experience!”

“Talk about customer service..this place is amazing. Sherry called me after mattress was delivered to check on things. I happened to mention a small glitch with delivery and BAM she took care of it. Sherry was able to get the right mattress for my husbands back issues and we are both sleeping much better. Go see Sherry cause she will definitely take care of you!”

“It's clean & bright. Lines are usually long, but they move pretty quickly. Not the largest selection because the shoppers clear this store out because there is not another one nearby, but still some good stuff to be found!! Nothing like the Houston Echo Lane or West Gray stores, which is what I am used to, but still a great store!”

“One of my favorite places to shop for nothing in particular. But you never know what they're going to have, and you usually find something that you cannot live without. Just be prepared to stand in a long line occasionally. But there are plenty of things to do in that long line. I look at the cute girls and women.”

“These guys do quality work, quickly and always handle any questions or concerns well. They stand by their work, and if you aren't happy they'll fix it. Had them replace my front CV axels, both of which they had to fix later on warranty repairs. You really can't fault them if a part is defective, and they way they took care of it once we knew about it was stellar.”
