“Stopped in to buy some lamps to go with my new bedroom furniture. Customer service was great. The options were endless. Great prices. I found what I was looking for and then some. I also found some decorative pieces for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Three of the items were in store. One of the items has to be shipped from the factory. The three items were wrapped and were carried to my vehicle by staff. I got home to surprise my wife with her anniversary gifts,and I was the one surprised. To my surprise the gentleman who wrapped the gifts left the price tags on. I was furious, my wife was too excited to care. I was extremely impressed with my in store experience, but was just as disappointed by such a silly mistake. Not the way I wanted to start my anniversary 😕”
