They go on trips and are involved in special Olympics. They really involve the guests in many outdoors activities but also have a lot of indoor activities. “Heather is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well-trained. She is also straightforward, but kind in dealing with what can be a very sensitive issue for a lot of people. I have recommended her to numerous people whom I know, and anybody who is serious about improving their diet and health will be very happy with the results you will get from working with her. You definitely have to do your part, but that is the nature of dietary changes. She is absolutely first rate. I would not have made the progress I have had, which includes losing over 125 lb in 9-10 months, without her help and guidance. With her assistance, along with a consistent exercise program and weight loss surgery, I'm off of all blood sugar medications (down from 4, with insulin being a real threat), cholesterol meds, and I'm only taking half of the blood pressure that I was taking at one point. I am hopeful to be off of that soon, too. None of this would have been possible without Heather's guidance helping me to manage a complete overhaul of my diet.”

“Got my new lens in my old frames last week. Going to wait another week to wear as I am not sure the no lines are in the right positions. I am having to tilt my head to read signs instead of looking straight ahead. I realized when my setting were being done, I was not sitting up straight and the laptop was open directly in front of me. Suggest moving it off to the side so we are sitting up straight when the checks on position are being done and it is not being reached over to do the checks. The new office is nice...but a bit confusing as I thought the first desk was the one to make an appointment at...nope, it is the one in the back to the right of where the glasses are worked on. A bit confusing. Of course, if you call in for one, you would go to the front one. The front one is when you have an appointment and check in there. Staff is, as it always has been, very friendly. Got my contacts for distance that day and all set to go. The new use one day and toss is great...no mess with cleaning daily! Thank you!”
