“I have been using Kites for 15 years. Mostly because they are convenient than anything else. I recently got married, and had a tux made for my wedding. After only wearing it three times, I noticed a burn on the lapel. I went to Kites expecting the worst, but to my surprise, they were VERY sympathetic and understanding. After talking back and forth about the situation, they worked with the original tailor, and had a new jacket made to the exact specifications as the original...at no cost to me! Customer for life. “I was a bit intimidated by Dr Cothern the first time I visited his clinic. He was methodical and straight to the point. However, as I visited his clinic a few times more I've been able to appreciate the things that he and his clinic do that are better than other providers. Dr Cothern has probably been a dermatologist longer than I have been alive. He knows his stuff. His staff takes very thorough patient histories and always double check to make sure I don't have any linger questions or concerns. Dr Cothern was always very accommodating when I sprang random questions or requests on him that was unrelated to my chief complaint for the visit. I had a bad eczema flare up and Dr Cothern gave me some samples to make sure I got immediate relief and called in a prescription that worked wonders and it didn't cost me anything. I have had some big ugly keloids for fifteen some years and I thought I just had to live with them. Dr Cothern saw one of the keloids when he was examining a growth I had made the appointment for, and said he could make them less obvious. I agreed and he got it done during the same appointment, no extra charges and barely took any extra time. The office staff is phenomenal. They worked with my schedule and was always able to get me in within a few days. When I asked for some of my biopsy records, unlike a lot of other clinics, they gave me the paperwork right away, no questions asked and no hoops to jump through. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments.”

“I inherited two beautiful gold mirrors from my grandmother. One was a huge ornate rectangle, and the other was a small oval. I took the oval mirror to Bowie on Bowie to get the back re-papered and to redo the wire so that it would hang horizontally instead of vertically. It was finished within a week. I then scheduled a time for Mike and his wife Robin to come to my apartment to hang both the mirrors. They were happy to work with my schedule and agreed to come to my apartment at 6pm on a weeknight. They took lots of measurements and offered helpful advice on where to place the mirrors. They made sure everything was centered and level. The home installation took about 30 minutes and they only charged $50! They are lovely people and I will absolutely use them again.”
