Good positive atmosphere for beginners to advanced workout pros. Not corny and bubble gum like Planet Fitness, but not “Jock Central” like Metroflex. My trainer Joseph is an amazing trainer. He’s encouraging, but very much so holds me accountable and very knowledgeable about different exercises and form that gets results. Can’t recommend him enough!!! Great family atmosphere, as I have made some pretty good friends just from working out there. Great place for men and women to feel respected and to accomplish fitness goals. Membership rates are AWESOME too!!”
