(August 2, 2013, 11:26 am)New owners bought this place about a year or two ago. It has really been cleaned up. I just bought a really nice home from them that they owner financed. Really good deal.
The park is mostly quiet. There are Hispanic folks here, but it's pretty much a mix.
They are redoing the office and adding a big clubhouse this year and a new pool next year, so I know they are trying to make this a better place.
